Here's my attempt at a camouflaged Lictor, as described a few posts above this.

I also currently have a Mawloc being painted right now too.

Time to begin to log the creation of my own Red Terror, 1). Because it's so cool looking. 2). It's name and backstory are awesome. 3). It is rumored to be a Ravener upgrade in the new codex.

1). First I took some Ravener bits, two of the torso's, and I cut off all the inside piece that stuck out so that I could make the two lay flat against each other. I used the standard torso (without a gun biomorph) for the back part of the torso. You will also need to sand down the standard torso's chitinous plates on the chest until they're flat with the ribs (This will be useful later on).

2). You will need the tail section of a Ravener model that you did not use (any except the burrowing base should be fine, but even then that could work), and an extra Ravener sized base.

3). The extra spikes and chitin plates that came in the Warrior kit? You need two of the extra plates, and one of the spiked shoulder plates. Plus a pair of the shoulder/back plates from the Genestealer kit. We'll use these to make a carapace on the back side, overtop of the sanded torso.

4). A Warriors head or the equivalent.

5). Take the tail section from the Hive Tyrants grounded legs, and cut it off before it starts to curl and get too thick, we'll use green stuff to attach it to the lower body of the Ravener, the longer tail set's it off nicer.

6). From the "Monstrous Arms" sprue in the Warrior kit we'll take the giant scything Talons and Rending Claws for the top arms.

7). The last pair, the smallest arms, we'll use the scything talons from the Genestealer kit.

More Pictures to come!

To kind of catch people up to what's happening, I have a Mawloc that needs photographed, a blizzard themed Tervigon that's in the works that also needs pictures, and a group of Raveners being painted, I need to go back to doing step by steps and I'm sorry for my laziness, so I'll work on getting through this Red Terror's log and get some pictures up of the other guys I've been talking about, thanks guys!
