Actually yes, now that i look at it, you will need a nob and bosspole on the shoota boys. Id say drop the big choppas on the bikes. they are already eating up enough of this lists points

Tankbustas could have a place at 2k points and in apocalypse.

Lootas are fantastic, however, as with most things you do get diminishing results. One unit of S7 shooting is amazing, a second is still good, a third is getting a bit redundant... and when you have six, you'll be quickly out of low armour vehicles and high T monsters to mess up. This is when you would use Tankbustas.

Keep in mind, if you do use them, since they don't get any kind of dedicated transport whatsoever (for some stupid reason) your going to have to drop a battlewagon full of boyz. And using them without a vehicle... don't even consider it. They are very much a close quarters unit, with the hammers and squig bombs being their best attributes.

Personally i'd avoid any bikes, especially on the warboss. It's just a personal preference I just don't like them, taking a mek with KFF and a mega armoured warboss does it for me.

IMO you shoud just wait for the new codex if you haven't purchased anything yet. If you must play orks right meow I would just buy boys and play at low points untill the new codex does release.

We're gonna be waiting now until the beginning of next year by the looks of things, since rumours are showing that Nids could be getting our slot after the Space Marine release

I saw that... still might as well pick something different or just wait untill next year because your not going to have much of a chance V. eldar and space marines with 4th ed dex < 6th ed dex.

The 4th Ed dex < 6 ed dex confused me... What do you mean? I think it is possible to beat sm and Eldars with the proper army and strategy!

Orks can bury anyone in bodies and win ..or they can be beaten by anyone ..it alldepnds on the build and if the army you took is the right one ..there are only a couple of TAC lists for orks .(Green Tide, Wagon Rush and Biker Lists) ..this may change with the New codex
Startign now go with Boyz first and toyz second and you wont go wrong as Green Tide has ALWAYS been a win for orks..its just cumbersome to move 200+ models a turn

Or any version oh wagon rush is good .and should remain viable...

Ok - I'm very partial to Speed Freak list. 705 points gets you a warboss and 10 troop Nobs. You can take Gutsmek and fill out the rest of your troop options with Warbikes. It's been my experience that taking 5 nobs makes them easier to remove, basically removing the teef from your list.

Boyz can't take Battlewagons as a dedicated Transport.
Lootas are awesome as an elite option. They also die quickly and paint a big bulleye on their unit. with 5 in the unit they are almost not worth having. 15 can't go to ground. 10 in the unit is usually the safest bet.

Other than Green Tide, Trukks, Def Roll-it and Speed Freaks lists you can create Dakka from above (3 Dakkajets, with a weirdboy), Big Gunz-line (With Big Gunz-kannonz and SAG), and of course Dread Mobs

My only advice is to make a list that you have the most fun with. You have to know if your opponents bring anything competitive you will most likely lose. There is nothing worst that running Orks that you are not having fun with. Once you start trying to build a competitive list, you will find that the fun of playing 'em is gone and it becomes a matter of why bother? If you are going to build a competitive list I would suggest shelving your orks til the 6th edition codex comes out (currently slated for a mid 2014 release, which translates to early 2015) and use another army list instead. If you just want to have fun, I try out different list til you find the one you are having the most fun with.
