It certainly seems a bit of an odd situation.

It should be ok to give a mark to Word Bearers, the Mark of undivided, which they got rid of.

I can kinda see the Dark Apostle being loaned out by the Word Bearers to other Chapter/Legions to further the praise of Chaos, like they did during the Heresy.

In the Dark Apostle Marduk's host had a khornate squad. While other marines frown on them for being weak monotheists they still tolerate them at most and some even respect their combat mastery.

That's true but you can still supplicate the other Gods as well as being in favour of a single one and still have an undivided Mark, being marked by a single God is a bit different.
