I walked into my FLGS today, played one round of 40k, went up to the shelves whistling the "nothing to see here" whistle, got a stack full of the stock they had left, and proceeded BUY ALL THE SHIPS.
Unfortunately, that only consisted of one more core set, a MF and Firespray. I require more ships.

Therefore, I conclude, Valve should announce Half Life 2: Episode 3.

A-Wings for the most part are meh. People only really pick them up for Push the Limit that's inside the expansion.

I ordered some of the Interceptors, and pre-ordered some stuff for Wave 3 from MM, so that's good.
Still need Y-wings, and the basic Tie Fighter/X-Wing expansions.

You're saying Wave 1 is hard to find now? Meaning that they kind of have rolling stock, and aren't catching up on older releases? That's a bummer  . Reminds me of Privateer Press back in the day... where you could only get new releases and not old ones.
(Correct me if I misunderstood, though... I'd love for that not to be the case)

FFG still is pretty gakky about keeping stock available to all, might not be a problem across the pond, but around these parts, good luck.

It seems so, not seen a X-Wing or Y-Wing in stock at any of my usual web stores since my addiction started end June. Apparently this is par for the course as far as FFG is concerned. Anyone care to correct me on that?

I've had luck finding Y-Wings from time to time, but x-wing and the advanced tie seems to be the holy grail of ships in my area, when you speak of them it has to be in a half whisper

In general they have a hard time keeping any of the X-Wing stuff in stock. It flies off the shelf as soon as its released. It never lasts very long.

They seem to do reprints of entire waves judging from the FFG upcoming site as it also tracks reprints of already released waves. Wave 2 was recently reprinted but wave 1 is a few months out of its most recent restock and is now "at the factory" yet again. I've been watching that counter since x-wing was previewed at gencon 2012 and I've never seen an individual ship get reprinted without the whole wave getting the treatment.

So FYI, from what I heard from some vendor yesterday:
Wave 1 Re-release is very likely to occur sometime end of September.
Wave 3 is likely around the same time (or a little before or after).
I can't speak for the accuracy/reliability of the information, but that seems about on par with current speculation.

luckily i stocked up on both waves right when they came out. Got me 4 x wings, 4 y wings, 1 MF, 2 a wings, 6 tie fighters, 2 advanced ties, and 2 interceptors.
i like to horde stuff.. sadly I've only played through two whole games.. sigh just don't have the time..
