5) As per the dark eldar FAQ, invulnerable saves can be taken against immobilization from dangerous terrain
This is not a dangerous terrain caused immobilizing hit...
And i guess your argument is for Dark eldar vehicles only. Since it is a Dark eldar FAQ.
... another vehicle that has a invul save, hellbrute, maulerfiend, heldrake... Since there is no faq for them, the argument does not even apply really..
I think for invuls it will need an FAQ, but as of now RAW i see my two armies (dark eldar and Thousand sons) getting pwned by these guns lol.
Also: I understand your points of view, i am debating them from my points of view. Not trying to flame or argue or wave a finger that you are wrong. Just making my rebuttal. /cheers

Nope, which is why I said precedent. The same thing that allowed non-Dark Reaper Exarchs to use multiple barrage rules, or allowed non- BA vehicles to pop smoke in the scout "phase" back in 5th edition.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Technically it indeed does not allow saves, but it is unlikely that this was intended.
By the way, does everyone agree that every roll of six after the first drops TWO hull points, as the vehicle is already immobilised?

That goes without saying. Immobilisation specifically says that further Immobilisation causes an extra HP loss.

I would agree. Which is pretty rough.....

Heres a great question-graviton vs mixed armor saves? Basically do you use majority saves for a unit (matters for drones and suits). And what if you have 2 2+ save models and 2 4+ save models in the unit? Do you wound on a 2+ or a 4+, and why for either?
Discuss.

Not sure on RAW but HIWPI
Use majority. In the event of a tie use the worse save, so in your example, you would use the 4+. My reasoning is when wounding against toughness when there is a tie you use the value that is harder to wound on.

I would use majority toughness as a precedent.
Which would mean in a unit with 2 2+ and 2 4+ you're rolling on 4+.
