Arcanum was pretty much made by the same people who came out with Fallout so there are a lot of similarities.
Personally, I love the Arcanum world as it mixes Fantasy elements with technology very well; sort of like Steampunk-light with magic. The manual is also a great read too.

I've been playing super Mario RPG lately, it's excellent, I know what all the hub bub was about. In fact when I'm done playing this, I'm going to pick up galaxy again and finish it. It put me in a huge Mario mood again.

FYI, Arcanum is currently available on GOG.com for $2.39 buy buy buy. You can't go wrong at that price.

I liked demigod, it suffered from a small player base of typically douchey DOTA players I'm also going to say that I liked demigod, I bought it when I had no idea what dota was and thought it was fun. I doubt anyone is playing it now however. For me, Metroid prime Majesty gold edition Lords of magic The Hobbit I played the gak out of this game as a kid. Sins of a solar empire

I was pleasantly surprised when I finally got around to playing Splinter Cell (first one in the series). I'm usually not into older games for a variety of reasons (old graphics are usually at the height of the list, I can't even play Duke Nukem 3D because of the massive headaches it gives me) but I actually had a ton of fun with this game. The stealth is just about perfect because you have to focus on sound, line of sight, and light levels while you sneak around, but it never seems to be impossibly difficult. Plus, and this is what made the game for me, there's no judgement on you for killing everyone in sight or sneaking in quietly without touching a single person. It really allows you to be flexible without thinking that you're doing it wrong.
$9.99 on Steam or GOG, and if you go for the console version, you can pick up the first three games in the series (Splinter Cell, Pandora Tomorrow, and Chaos Theory) for $20 in the HD Trilogy.

Ill agree to that, the original Splinter Cell was just badass. The games got a bit wonky as it went on, but that first one is class.
I started playing BlackThorn yesterday on the SNES. I remembered it being a cool game as a kid, and now as an adult, its fracking levels of awesome. Such a good game. I had forgotten that Blizzard could make good games once upon a time

Is SpellForce 2 any good? Thinking about picking it up.

There is always SpellForce 1-2. Submarine Titans might be a old game but it's pretty interesting, and i do like Kingdom Under fire war of heroes.
