That is exactly what we are saying They have to ride a bike.
Ravenwing ride a bike, it's made clear from the rules, the unit type, the codex and the model.
'Riding a bike' is the requirement, not 'have a Bike in your Wargear'.
And when do units ride a bike? When their type is 'Bike'.
