I've been away from the Batreps forum for far too long - just spent an evening catching up on your reports Thor. Great stuff as always. I'm enjoying the different types of battles and forces you guys are using.
One quick question - what camera are you guys using? Some of the shots seem a little dark, which is a shame as the armies and tables are excellent and really worth seeing.

That's kind of my my fault.
The games (except for the kill team type stuff and this last, winter one) are held at my house, and the overhead lighting at my house is rather poor. We have been discussing ways to address this problem, as the simple fix of flash photography tends to make little difference.

Well, actually flash does solve the problem, but I've had people complain that it washes out their army.
Really, I just need to dig out my attachment light and remember to bring it next time, it would solve 90% of the problem easily methinks.

We'll be getting together on the 20th to play one of the last two missions of the campaign.
Functionally this one will be the "last" mission.
But it's being played out of order because the mission "after" it will be a big Apoc bru-haha and is taking more planning than the smaller, yet more story finale, mission
Both should be good.
The one coming up will involve two tables - huzzah!
And after that, we'll see about getting a lot of titans and knights on a table!

We don't have it planned out - but, yes, we will certainly keep playing because I think we enjoy each others' company and enjoy making the narrative campaigns. I know one of our players is kind of pushing for an Armageddon campaign (though I may counter with 'let's do our own custom Ork invasion campaign') I know I wouldn't mind doing one where I field my Space Wolves. I also know another player is getting close to a finished Necron army and has designs to play that.
So...yes, we will do one, no, I have no idea what yet
The next battle is being played this weekend though, so the new batrep should be up soon.
