True, the one shot isn't great, so the flamer would be good.

I run a combi melta on mine but I'm salamanders chapter tactics so the combi bolter gets to re roll hits plus the sarge has bs4 so he actually does pretty good if he doesn't die before he shoots.

The only thing I'm not digging about this bolter set-up is that the heavy bolter is an odd point value (it costs as many points as an octopus has legs) making the list struggle to hit a solid number.
