Put your chapter master on a bike, way better mobility than the jump pack, extra point of toughness, and only 5 extra points.

Your assault marines have no good delivery system so they'll likely just be shot off the board before doing any damage(wasting your veteran sergeant and power weapon, this is the only squad I'd actually recommend giving those upgrades to)

Somebody is gonna want a least a little melta, you have no way to deal with armor 14 efficiently.

If you take all the bad upgrades off all your other sergeants (the grav pistols, the power weapons)

That's... 150 points, which can buy you one of the following:

Almost a Tigurius(Insanely good librarian which I consider an auto-include if you are ultramarines)
A whole tac squad with a special weapon.
Another TFC
Another Stormtalon.
A vindicator.

You get the idea.

The best rule of thumb is "boys before toys", and your guys have A LOT of toys that they could probably do without which will get you more bodies.

If you wanted to run terminators you'd make them TH/SS and they'd need a land raider delivery system. Which is ~500 points IIRC for that package, not efficient enough IMO since the LR becomes a prime target and if it gets blown up and your termies are walking you're in for a bad day.

The Eye of Terror

I find storm ravens make good transports for termies, and it provides air support. its firepower greatly exceeds that of the land raider and with its flyer status and melta immunity. plus it can carry a dreadnought.

to be honest im not sure how viable a raider is next to one of those

the way to win is not to make a grand masterplan, its by making sure your opponents grand masterplan fails

People should actually read the whole thread before they post. A lot of responses here are based off of the first post. Take the time to understand the direction if the thread before jumping in with your undeniable wisdom. A lot of things suggested have already been addressed. Ffs
