The old Tyranids were really horrible. Truly the stuff of nightmares...

As for the ugliest recent model, it's got to be the Centurion... All heretics cower in fear before the might of our walking fridge!

If it's current models, then definitely the mutilators and obliterators. Horrendous (but not in a good chaos horrendous way).

I like those old Tyranids, although that paintjob isn't doing them any favours.

I was going to say Lord Solar Macharius, but he's not for sale any more:

oh come on, macharius looks like a pimp from a hilarious 70s blacksploitation film. Just imagine him walking to "big payback" by james brown

I like this model. It's nothing like lord solar mecharius should look like but there's something cool about it

Dunno if they're the ugliest but goddamn the old ork Trukks are lame, in fact, most of the old ork plastics are terrible.

I can live with centurions and stormraven, i just buy the stormraven conversion kit from chapterhouse to make it look better, in saying that, i think that the dreadknight, should have a redux, as well as the centurions, and perhaps rough riders too.... The poor rough riders :(

Back in the day, we were epic Space Vikings with horns, and beer, and stupid mockney accents, and we didn't have any truck with this flying around like a pansy shizzle. We certainly didn't surround ourselves with mangy animals.

Now we're basically the Bestiality Chapter.

We also now ride chariots and employ daemonic dreadnoughts...also, we fly and teleport with abandon. With wolves.

Centurions: a Space Marine inside a Space Marine. I hope we get a bigger version in 7th edition: a Space Marine inside a Space Marine inside a Space Marine. We can call it a "Decurion".

Finalists:
Stormraven: a shoe box with jet engines attached.
Dreadknight: a baby carrier for Space Marines.
Dialogous Sister: heretics die when they see her face.

I'm very interested to know why Centurions are covered in Marks of Chaos.

Also, I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the Storm Talon (or chibihawk) or my personal favourite, the Khorne Lord of Skulls.

The GK Dreadknight. It looks like a freaking baby carrier spawned from a dreadnought and a wraithlord.

Speaking of bad painting, THIN YOUR PANTS (intentional spelling, it's sort of an in-joke).

EDIT: Not 40k, but worth mentioning for how bad it is.

This is a not-inexpensive collector's figure, by the way. As proven by people's excellent repaints, the sculpt is fine - the paint is the problem.

Iron Halos have 12 points, while the Mark of Chaos is eight-pointed. You're probably right, but it's just funny.
