I have to say that one of my favorite anti-air techniques for a non-ally list has been an ADL and quad gun mounted by a lone wolf. A naked lone wolf is pretty damn good at knocking out fliers as well. You can even kit him out a little if you feel like having something to protect your backfield long fangs.

Hyperios Defense Battery, if you like Forgeworld. For 140 points, you get 4 Twin-Linked, S8 AP3, BS3 Skyfire Interceptor shots. Just discovered these beauties a few minutes ago.
They're also T6 and have 2 wounds on top of 3+ armor, and best of all they're fast attack, meaning that you can bring 12 of 'em.
