he *HAS* to be a super star at 365 points. I don't think they're bad but they are risky. They are definitely "worth it" for their level of destruction but they are by no means tough. It doesn't take that much to ground a FMC and that can really ruin its day.

True. That's where using LOS blocking terrain and cover and not committing too early comes in to play. With Be'Lakor casting invisibility on the Tzeentch prince and being Shrouded himself I make sure that if they do get grounded that they do so in area terrain. Obviously against an army that has ignores cover you have to account for that.
And you have to use him carefully. Make sure that he isn't the only threat your opponent has to deal with. If you just rush your prince forward and expect him to win the game for you you're going to be very sadfaced.
And I know it's a ton of points to put in to a single model, but its been my experience so far that cheap princes are nothing more than a waste of points, while fully kitted out princes are game changers.
