Alright, since I last posted on my thread, I have had... IDEAS! (GASP!)
So, to make my army a little more Sci-fi(y?) I decided to purchase a couple of West Wind Productions British Gas Mask heads, which I may modify with green stuff to make them look more like jingasa (ashigaru helmets) and then get some of the german gas mask heads for my officers., though that will wait until I have seen the first set of heads and can figure out if they are to big or not.
My army becoming more and more like a WW1-Steampunk-Samurai army, and as such I was gonna do up the army in a darker paint scheme then I had originally planned. The new color scheme is probably gonna be a mix of terracotta with some black to make it a tad darker, the clothing was gonna be green but I am toying around with the idea of khaki. Any leather (except the gas mask, which will be either brown or black), and the lacing of the armor, was gonna be done in white, and the guns were gonna be wood grain

Somewhere in south-central England.

The hats look nice. They don't really have samurai style armour. But it seems you can get the heads as a separate part.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

... GOOOOOOOSHDARN IT!!! I didn't see those, oh well, I already started along MY project, had I known about THOSE I might have got them... Oh well, I like what I am doing already, these guys were gonna be the closest thing to a backwater planet who's Administratum file was misplaced for like 300-400 years. And they only recently reaquired more modern tech, in the form of bolt action flashlights, chem masks that dispense a gas they actually need to survive off their planet, and grenades

Didn't spot the heads on their own. Those heads are very expensive. For the price of 2 packs you could get a pack of 25 WGF samurai or 12 WGF cavlary or about 12 Perry Samurai.

As soon as my heads arrive from over the pond, I will start assembling my men so I can put down the primer, hopefully the weather holds up here. Anyone know of any good 28mm TRUE scale arms, I like the teppo, but it is just WAY to tiny for 40k, shooting a gun like that at an ork would make him chuckle if anything
