Then khorne berzerkers are more devout followers of khorne than plague marines are of nurgle?
I thought word bearers were the crazy religious ones, and there are no word bearer models that have this legband thing.

Darn it! I thought this as soon as saw the thread, but I managed to keep from saying it. I even had a whole thing thought up about number of spikes and whether you wore it on your left leg or your right leg...

It should be noise marines that are constantly inflicting sensation on themselves, not berzerkers.
Pain sucks, and Khorne hates slaanesh. It's a constant reason for berzerkers to always be pissed at slaanesh

I love it. Before every battle, khorne berzerkers listen to loud punk rock music in a laser light show filled with naked women trying to have sex with them just because it makes them angrier at slaanesh, and thus makes them fight harder.

It's just a random thingy some sculptor added once for bling and has been replicated a few times. Looking for deeper meaning in it is silly.
