I'l have to wait and see what hapens after I try the game (Hopefully on sunday) and if I can get my friends Haqqislam models since he is wanting to get out. And it will be so much easier to start a new army then in Warhammer.. XD *has 4 Warhammer 40k armies..*


Hmm.. Looking and thinking about it more.. I'm considering picking Yu Jing.. I like their models, Aspecialy the bikers.. And nobody here plays them..


Alright, So today I got to play a match, And it was fun (Even if I lost hard.. XD) AND! I trades some Magic the Gathering cards I dident use for a Haqqislam Hassassin Bahram starter box. ^_^

this can be a good or bad thing depending on your self control. Mines bad, so it's bad for me. I'll see a faction where I like a few models, and immediately start putting a list together planning on buying it, while also wanting to expand my current factions. For a game that uses few models, my painting backlog is immense. I've stopped myself at two, but still have an Anathematic from when I was looking at CA, and a couple of Shasvastii from when I was looking at those. I'll wind up with another Shasvastii when I buy the Tohaa Dire Foes, so I'll probably end up with a CA force simply from odd units I wind up with. But I'll say this - if the Caliban box turns out well, I'll have a 3rd faction.

Best use of Magic cards. Ever!

Bahram is tough to play. But the minis in the starter are generically useful. The Lasiq especially. But the Fiday is fun too.

Bahram isn't that tough to play, honestly. But you need to figure out how you are doing it. Hassassin heavy or not. You can go with other units, like Asawira, Ghulam, and only a few Hassassin, or go completely Hassassin. You need to know what you want to do.

If you're going Hassassin heavy, the best thing to add to the starter is the Muyib box. They're going to be your backbone link nearly every time, and they're a great toolbox. Lots of different weapons and the ability to put doctors in. Another great purchase is the Barid. Flat out best hacker Haqqislam have access to, and gets access to the Marker, something we never had before. The ability to shoot some Markers around (even as speculative parabolic fire!) lets him hack from safety. Great lieutenant option.

Another good option is the Ragik blister than has the HMG. He's a pretty nasty bit of kit - AD 3, ARM 2, decent PH and V: Dogged means he's very likely to land where you want him to, and if he doesn't and lands in LoF of an enemy, he can take a hit and still rambo around with his HMG before dying.
