Agreed Alhparius. I particularly love what we've seen of the elves so far.

I am also really digging the neanderthal look of the barbarians rather than the standard "fantasy vikings."

My only complaint (which will not prevent from pledging) is the fact that although the project is scheduled by a European based company, European backers again have to pay for shipping to Europe.

Tentatively put in for the whole shebang, but at the bare minimum I'm going to pick up a box of those orcs.

Been on a bit of an orc kick lately, which is a bit odd since all I predominately collect are reptilian forces. Maybe it's the green skins blending in well with their scaly similarly hued cousins?

This looks good. Some of the points that stick out to me particularly as a good sign:

1) While the miniatures are some version of restic, they are designed with deep sockets and plugs. This solves one of the major problems I have with restic...namely not being able to get stuff to stay glued!

2)Sculpts are great

3)Scenery!

4)Potential for interesting elves to be unlocked!

5)Ten sided dice allows for lots of variance in unit abilities

6)The time mechanic looks very interesting.

I want to see some more dwarf concepts. I like when I see dwarves that are fully encased in armor. Never been a fan of the big beards or naked crazy Confrontation types.

Dwarves completely covered in armor I can get behind.

Curious what those silhouettes represent. Some of them are some weird shapes. Very nature- centric look creatures...

Does that refer to a specific material now? Doesn't that cover everything from the material Mantic uses to Privateer Press to the up coming KD stuff?

All I know is:

1) I've yet to see any version of 'restic' that works well for smaller figures

2) I'm not willing to trust a newcomer with this material - hell, I certainly don't trust Mantic with it either anymore!

This one just became more risk than it is worth, most likely.

I suppose I could still be convinced otherwise, but it is an uphill battle now!

I use to hate metal, I pretty much boycotted them except when it came to Infinity.
I now welcome the material with open arms thanks to Sedition Wars.

Ehh, I'm not that bothered by restic. I wouldn't let it dissuade me from things I really wanted at least.

These look really cool - I have too many games already sadly. Wish there was a decently-priced terrain only pledge, though.
