Why? Salvo weapons on non-relentless models seem like a terrible idea. What you really need is something that will force the enemy to come to you.

I would tend to say Sentinels of Terra,especially if you go for the bolter porn feel. All rapid fire standard ammo bolt guns are effectively TL. Also gives you a 75 point Captain with a relic in Sergeant Garadon.
