Two septs use lots of prototype weaponry
The majority of septs are known for their honorable, well trained, and/or fierce Firewarriors
a few are known for trade planets. That's really all I got.
I agree with Jimsolo though. The paint scheme is very nice. Though the Seeker Missile Crisis suit heads always looked a bit off.
Several septs like T'au the home world have special characters like Aun'va, Longstrike and Darkstrider. Their back story giving depth to the fluff of that sept. Vior'la has Aun'shi, Farsight, and Ghovah the famous piranha pilot. Dal'yth has puretide and all his tactical genius.
Forge world has expanded on the fluff with the Taros campaign, giving us new in site into different septs. Some are mining septs, which primarily use forces to defend, others are advanced septs that rely heavily on new technology, some rely heavily on the air caste for support, still others have massive amounts of Kroot or Vespid allies that fill their ranks. There is a lot of fluf that can be used to extrapolate full stories for your cadre.
For instance Vior'la is still sympathetic to Farsight, and they have many shrines to the hero on their world, hidden from the Ethereals. It is even hinted that they sneak new tech to the Enclaves.
Automatically Appended Next Post: This however is beside the point, I wanted to see the divide amongst Tau players to see what side they were on, Tau or Enclaves, and if possible why.
I am surprised to learn more people support the greater good than the Enclaves.
