These look fantastic! I'll pick these up when I can and will give your rules a once over. What are your plans for new gangs as I dont think I'll get much interest at the club with just two gangs, four would be great.

Sorry for the delay, overtyrant. We have been quite vanished from Earth this summer time, but we are back with new releases! About the plans for future gangs, yes, we plan to release one in a very short term (Junkers, or Scavengers, who sweep the Wasteland in search of useful items to build all kind of weird stuff and weapons, with a distinctive steampunk look), and we have already some other Cults ready to go, such as some strange oil-worshipping nuts who have access to fire bombs and motorbikes.
But please, remember that we are a small company founded by three friends, who are spending our own money to produce this miniatures and are giving the rulebook for free, without using Kickstarters or other means of crowdfunding. That means the whole adventure is gonna be slow, as we need a steady income to finance further releases. But as long as we are able to, be sure that we will keep the Punkapocalyptic world and miniatures alive!
And now. This release should have been available on september, after the summer time, but finally it will be on sale at our online shop next week. This new Ganger with Bow has been finely modelled by Leonardo Escovar and painted by the crew at Bigchild Creatives.

Hi!
This month we have released our biggest and meanest creature ever, the Pit Beast! This ugly beast has been modelled by Iván Santurio and painted, as usual, by the Big Child Creatives team. It uses a 40 mm round base, rather than the usual 25 mm one, and its price is slightly higher (12,50 euros, instead of 10,95).
Feast your eyes...
Hope you like!!! Remember you have more info on our webpage, at our Facebook or on Twitter.

Very interesting and unique.
The females are horrid though. Fantasy is the only setting where I can KIND of see where skimpy cloths/armor helps as you can dodge a sword a little easier. Post Apoc/Scifi its just dumb. I get that your trying to market the male dominated hobby, but I prefer a bit of realism then trying to show off chests and butts. In the end of the world, your going to wear anything you can to safeguard yourself from guns. A bikini wont cut it.

Thank you for your replies, buddies. And thank you for your comments on our design issues, str00dles1. We will keep them in mind for future releases, and you will be glad to know that our next faction, the Junkers, will be much more "realistic" in their clothing and style.
And this month, ready for Christmas, we already have for sale on our online store (and at the usual retailers) the so long awaited Ganger Starter Pack, which includes the five Ganger miniatures we have released so far: Chief (medium blade, rifle and biohazard protection), Badass (rifle/crossbow and biohazard protection), Brute (metallic armour and heavy mace), Ganger (hardened leather, bow and small blade) and Scumbag (throwing knives and light mace).
With this stylish eighties-flavored box you will be able to create a fully-playable Ganger band worth 350 points (in the next days we will provide some examples of gaming lists for that value), with which start to play Punkapocalyptic.
All for the incredible price of 39,95 €!
Hope you like!!! Remember you have more info on our webpage, at our Facebook or on Twitter.

Hi there!
This week we are releasing January's new miniature, the first of the third playable band to arrive to the Punkapocalyptic world: the Junkers. These fellas roam around the Wasteland, searching for any low-tech item or piece of junk with which to build their strange gadgets, weapons and contraptions. This band will have a more distinct scrap-punk (opposed to steam-punk) look to them, and we hope you all like them!
This miniature has been modelled by the talented Julen Galparsoro. The Bigchild Creatives team has been in charge of production and painting matters.
Hope you like!!! Remember you have more info on our webpage, at our Facebook or on Twitter.

Hi!
Here arrive more Punkapocalyptic releases!
Gangers already had their own Starter Pack and Mutards don't want to be left behind. Now for sale the new Mutard Starter Pack which includes two brand new miniatures, the Mutardess with Sharp tail and the Mutard with Organic missile, for a price of 39,95 euros.
These two new miniatures are also available in the regular Mutard catalog, ready to be bought individually for the usual price of 10,95 €.
Remember you can download our rulebook for free at http://www.badrollgames.com/en, as well as get a couple of 350 points lists ready to be played with the miniatures included in the Starters (and the Pit beast for the Mutards) without having to squeeze your brains in the process.
And still more surprises are awaiting in the near future. See you out in the Wasteland!
Mutardess with Sharp tail, Medium blade and Brutal charge
Mutard with Medium blade, Organic missile and Frog.

I just have to say, these minis are a great blend of punk and post-apocalyptic aesthetics (I would've called them "apunkolyptic" personally) and your packaging is awesome - I mean, out-of-****ing-sight, pure genius type awesome.

Yea, I just bought both of the starters and I am looking forward to seeing the products in person!
The miniatures are terribly characterful and will go well with my little but growing collection of wasteland punk miniatures. I absolutely love the mutards!

Hi there!
Thank you Gomez and Weeble1000 for your great feedback (and purchases! :-D), we are really glad that you dig our miniatures and style.
Sorry for the late response, but the auto system did not warn me there were new responses to this thread :-(
Anyway, we have posted some news on our website regarding our next faction, the Junkers, and the fundraising method we will use to have it complete in one go. That is, a crowdfunding campaign. After more than a year with traditional funding (ie, putting our own money on it), we have realised that our release rate is too slow and we would like to try and get a whole new gang at once. If we are succesful, players will have a new choice to make their bands from and those who back the project will receive quite a bunch of goodies if the tiers are met during the campaign.
Stay tuned, as we will keep you updated about this matter in the days and weeks to come. Meanwhile, read about it here:

The five miniatures for our incoming Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign have already been revealed:
Beginning on May 4th, you will be able to get this awesome Junkers Starter Pack as well as many unlockable stretch-goal extras (some of which will be visible from the very start of the campaign, and I can tell you they include at least a free extra miniature), along with any other miniature from our existing catalog you like.
On friday we will reveal the exclusive Indiegogo miniature, which will be available only during this campaign and won't be sold anywhere else once it is over! Stay tuned!

And finally, here it is the exclusive Indiegogo campaign miniature, manufactured in high quality resin, which will not be available on stores... and will be able to join any band from any faction!
He is... Eightfingers, renowned pit fighter from Nowater and two times "Da Big Blow" winner. He rarely gets involved in gang wars, as his Crib considers him too precious to risk his life in such quarrels, but if the offer is generous enough...
Remember you can read his story here:

Starting today at 9 am (Central European Time) you can access our Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign to fund what will be our third faction for this game, the Junkers. During this campaign you will be able to buy any miniature already in our range, the new gang’s Starter Pack or the exclusive miniature we have designed for this campaign.
If you want to know more, you can read about it here.
If you want to make your contribution (thank you!), there you go the link to the campaign.

Thank you so much, Weeble1000!!!
So far, our crowdfunding campaign is meeting a huge success, with more than 5,000 euros raised in 4 days. We are really close to meet our campaign goal to fund the Junkers faction for Punkapocalyptic, but we would also love to get some nice stretch goals for you people to get really cool free extras in the process (like this Piston with Harpoon gun).
For those of you who are still reluctant or even don't know us from our last year's work, we have prepared some articles about the game, our previous work and Indiegogo campaigns.

Is there an etymological root to 'mutard' that I'm not seeing, other than the obvious one, which is considered fairly offensive in some areas? It won't affect my decision to buy, but since my local area has one of the highest rates of handicapped individuals in the nation, it will definitely affect whether or not I refer to the gang by name or just 'the mutated ones.'

Punkapocalyptic is a shade irreverent and profane. The stories have dirty words, there's penis graffiti in interesting places, and I believe 'mutard' is a slur in the fluff. They do have some more benign explanation for the etymology of 'mutard', though I don't remember what it is.
It struck me as a wink and a smile explanation anyway. The game isn't exactly PC, which I find quite refreshing. It's grungy, it's punk, it's bawdy, and it's a little dirty. Punkapocalyptic is very much an adult-oriented product.
Now, whatever the etymology, the mutards are awesome. The faction has the coolest models and the characters are intelligent and capable in the fluff. To me, that puts a potentially derogatory name into an important context. If the mutards were stupid, bumpling, incapable, animalistic, and sub-human, it would be something of a different story. In other words, you don't have a group of mindless, nameless bad guys called the mutards, you have a viable, fun, and kick- player faction called "Mutards."

Hi there!
The "more benign explanation" weeble1000 refers to is that Mutard comes from the union of "mutant" and "bastard", which is also a pejorative term the Wastelanders use to refer to the muties.
I think Weeble here has perfectly understood the "tone" we wanted to give them (thank you, man!), and although it is true that some of the mutations are intended to be more risible or pathetic than useful or powerful (hey, our game is grungy and punk, after all ), in no case we intended them to be a mockery of any actual social group of individuals.
Thus, we are glad that does not represent a problem for you liking and buying our stuff!

Hi!
A week so far with our Indiegogo campaign running and we have raised more then 80% of the funds! Good work! But we still need a slight push to make it to 100% and start unlocking some juicy and FREE extras for all of our backers who pledged for a Starter Pack or above.
To such end, today we have uncovered the following three stretch-goal extras available at 10,500, 12,000 and 13,000 euros. Maybe they are cool and luring enough to make you increase your pledge level, or even talk some friends into sense and make them join the campaign. Free miniatures for everyone, it's a win-win!
Check it out!

The game is pretty good looking, and rules wise from what I see is really doable.

Looking over the site, and its really great coming right out of the gate like that, Congratz.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money. |

I'm also enjoying the setting and the models. I'm more or less on board at this point.
I do want to point out a problem I have with the campaign though. Your "Wasteland Hoarder" is actually a must worse deal than most everything else you have. For less money, I can get a single band, the double band pledge, and get twice the freebies (theoretically).
Please take a look at that. Maybe you could offer free shipping or bases for all the models at the "Wasteland Hoarder" pledge level.

Hi, people!
Thank you (as usual, I'm beginning to repeat myself) for your kind words. We are really glad you like our stuff, and our rule set as well!
Greywulf, I assure you we have reduced our S&H costs to a minimum thinking of all world zones we should ship to. We are a small company without any shipping deal with no courier or major post service, so we have to adjust them the best we can.
Of course if you only want to buy one or two miniatures those S&H costs could seem quite high, but for a Starter Pack or two they are quite reasonable, we think.
Drazz, you're missing the fact that, with the "Wasteland hoarder" option, you also get the Pit beast for the Mutards and the Sniper Gear for the Junkers, which are individual miniatures not included in any Starter Pack and that you would have to buy individually for 17 euros if you wanted to add them to your pledges
Anyway, thank you for checking the crowdfunding out and glad you liked what you saw!

13 euros is $20 Canadian. Plus, I'm mostly only interested in a few minis. So figure in the cost of each, even with the discount and no freebies and it comes out to about the same as regular retail. So no incentive really at this time. Thanks though to Kushtar for the info and weeble for the offer. To Kushtar, i understand you have no choice. It's just the cost of doinng business. To weeble I wouldnt have asked you to pay shipping but it was very kind anyway. The last few weeks ive been required to pay close to $100 in shipping for various shipped items so im still licking those wounds.

I have had very smooth sailing in terms of shipping of late. Lots of Amazon Prime and free shipping over X deals. I did have to pay $450 in freight shipping costs for a spincasting setup recently, but it unexpectedly came with about $500 in pewter, so I wound up ahead anyway. Edit: Just out of curiosity, which models were you interested in?

He seemed to be gone from the Wasteland for a really long time, but today the legendary Crazy Mel is back to Scrapbridge.
We now present you with one of our future releases, the first in a series made of high-quality resin, scheduled for next July if everything goes smoothly. The machete will be a separate piece, in case you want to have it more like the movies, and will have an optional head with The Goose helmet, glasses and mask.
This miniature is not part of the current Indiegogo campaign, but as a token of gratitude for all of you who have put your money in it, we will raffle 5 of them among those who have pledged at "Scrapbridge neighbor" level or greater.
What a lovely, lovely day!!!
If you want to pledge on our Indiegogo campaign and enter the raffle of 5 of these miniatures, check it out here: http://igg.me/at/punkapocalyptic

Holy , you did it! We have just funded our Indiegogo campaign, and it was all thanks to YOU, people! You are awesome, you really rock. THANK YOU!
And now... let's unlock some of those fraggin' extras!
http://igg.me/at/punkapocalyptic
Please note that, as a token of gratitude for all of you who made this possible, we have swapped the position of second and third unlockable stretch goals. That means that the first free miniature, the Junker Piston with Harpoon gun, is now closer to go home with all backers with access to the free extras: now it will unlock at 9,000 euros, and the free Extra Piston Arm with Ballistic punch moves to 10,000 euros.
Ain't that cool, or what?
