one thing that you definitely need to consider is my standard tactic when facing an aegis with a quad gun:
get the quad gun.

typically it's a cheap unit that won't stand up, and I roll over to it, steal the gun and then have some fun with it.

the stalker is quite good, even firing snapshots it pumps out 8 shots at 2 targets per turn. even better is that it can still roll 12" and do so, because it's already snap-shooting! if someone brings something it can shoot easier, even better! if it has one specific thing to shoot, it fires 4 twin-linked shots instead! the armourbane one-shot thing is a bit meh, worth it if you know you're against a stormraven though, methinks.

I think the Stalker still kills the Stormraven faster. The only unit where the Hunter is hands down better is the Hellturkey, where you want that destroyed result for sure.

Anything with IWND will be a better target for Hunters, including IH flyers.
