Out of curiosity, did you try 30k? I mean, if you were playing with one of the designers, I'd assume he'd be a good person to get a game in with.

No, I'm not overly fond of Marines (I do like splatting them though...) and the only marine army I've ever wanted is an all-Mk8 one, likely Mentor Legion (with old Owl iconography).

So, 30k leaves me somewhat cold. I might try my hand with AdMech but it's an expensive thing to build for a game I'll likely never find other players for this side of the pond.

It's a super-heavy, AV14 all round. Only the Warboss and Nob connecting with every hit (as it hadn't moved, not expecting them to make the charge...) meant that I killed it in a turn, else it would have been free to move/tank shock.

Another turn of that thing living would have meant a lot of difference I think, he could have shifted the tactical marine squads way back to his left and likely had enough shooting at that unit to whittle it right down.

Awesome Warboss how did you make it to be so big and bulky? how did you do the Klaw as well? and where does the hat come from?

Thank you, the warboss is principally greenstuff. His Killin Klaw is the AoBR klaw with the blades removed and replaced with Sentinel close combat weapons. Here's a few shots of him, you can see the WIP shots as well.
