Apologies for getting to this so late, but i still need to do background for my character.

Background:

Adeptus Mechanicus Report
Subject: Kiskall Erremond
Status: Wanted for Heresy, Missing in Action
Let it be known that the case of Kiskall was not a normal one, cases of techmarines falling for the heresy of believing that the machine spirit
can be subdued to the whims of men and turning to the unholy methods of chaos to try to achieve these futile dreams. However none of
these ordinary circumstances can be attributed to Kiskall. When his case was brought to our attention, we not only became suspicious of heresy due to his reported tinkering with the holy constructs of the adeptus mechanicus but the fact that Kiskall is not a techmarine. Before the radical change we witnessed during our investigation of the matter, Kiskall had been a loyal space marine in his emperor's service in command of a land raider. These facts got the attention of the ruling priesthood and a small group of magos alongside with a small group of tech thralls, and myself, an enginseer.
During our conversation with him before the attempted arrest, he claimed that he could hear the machine spirit of the land raider speak to him, and all his tinkering was commanded by the spirit to make the raider more efficient and effective in battle. We asked him how the holy constructs of the imperium, which are at the peak of technology, could possibly be made better, least by the hands of one in the Adeptus Mechanicus; he responded by shrugging and saying he didn't know, he was not the machine spirit, and based on the ceremony in which the Mechanicus treats the spirit, who is he to question it.
At this point we asked to see the raider with the intention of confiscating and destroying the blasphemous work. He complied and lead the way to the raider. However, once we approached it, and the magos began to tinker with the raider to gather evidence of heresy, Kiskall let out a scream of rage and pain. He feel upon the thralls first and tore them to pieces. Grabbing one of their flamers, he faced us and unleashed a torrent of flame upon the magos and the raider. Upon touching the raider, the flames transformed the machine, and in front of our eyes was none other than a daemon engine. The strangest thing, however, was that as the chapter master and his entourage came to the scene to discern what was going on, Kiskall neither tried to order the daemon engine, nor did he flee as i felt i should. He hugged its massive head and tried to reassure it that no one was going to hurt it, and that he and the rest of the universe would become like the engine to protect it.
Despite our efforts, the pair escaped and disappeared.

Testament ends ~

Last Reported sighting of Kiskall and his fiend was within the last cycle. It would appear that Kiskall has taken refuge with the forces of chaos. It is indicated by the testament and reports that he heretically views the machine spirit as a companion, and has changed his body to become closer with it. Reports say that now he has mechatendril as well as a respirator to support waht little flesh remains of him inside the metal carapace of his space marine armour. Further reports of the last moments of techmarines indicate that Kiskall has also been losing his mental capacities, believing that through fire, his victims will be able to embrace the machine. It is implied that he has begun to hear the voices of those he has killed, and believes that it is the victim's machine spirits talking to him.
He still is always seen with the daemon engine and rushes to protect it dearly, he has claimed when asked by soon to be victims, that his favourite activity is taking nice long strolls with his engine to find new friends, then adds that his victim and him will be friends real soon once the purging fire is applied very generously.

Evaluation: Pending final evaluation (First Impressions: Kiskall is a high level threat. Although not seemingly physically threatening, his strange detachment from anything real and his staunch loyalty to his engine and this idea of making friends makes him difficult to cope with and tactically deal with.)

Loving it!

Yeah, without spoilers, it'd just be ridiculous. Thank you!

Looking at my last Join my army thread, I realized that a theme song hasn't been selected yet for this army!

So I'll be taking suggestions and then we'll vote on the matter.

So first up are:

Please bear with me my dear cannon fodder... *cough cough* I mean, brothers in chaos.

I've been slow in updating the campaign due to school and a major increase in workload at work.

Anyway, the campaign itself has finished and well...

Spoiler:
we kicked major ass, serious props to Kiskall Erremond, Numitor Dracurius, the Ascended, and Aedalus Tross for a strong finish.

And I'm sorry to say that after the campaign narrative is posted, I'll probably be taking a long break due to moving to Alabama and I really need to prioritize school.

Hey guys, so finished my move across the country and well... My models didn't make it. Putting in a claim along with everything that was damaged in the move. In effect, this thread is as good as dead.

Still be able to finish the storyline though, I have (most of) the results of each turn written down. So I'll try to finish that if just for myself.

Aw, that's a shame. Nothing worse than losing all that time. Hope the claim goes well for you!
