@Eumerin, it sounds like you might have faulty files. Reinstall maybe, or turn off any addons you have on?
Otherwise, when LOTRO was crashing for me, it was due to high CPU- and GPU-use, and causing it to overheat.

I've been playing Wildstar since Friday morning, and it looks good enough to upgrade my guest pass by buying the game.
I've only just found tradeskills, at level 11. They do look a bit different, with the schematic trees.

The game definitely does have some memory issues as I too have encountered occasions where the game seems to hang itself up and it starts chewing through RAM till it crashes or fixes itself. My machine is no slouch, and the game isn't the most intensive thing ever. I think there are some posts about it on the forums, but I don't know what they contain.

I like the tradeskills, at least for Tailoring since that's what I have... but overall I think for a new character it's a big money sink. You'll get gear thats just as good if not better just from questing. Maybe the high level stuff is worth it, but since money is scarce at lower levels maybe it's better to hold off on trades till later. Between buying new skills and a mount, I was always chronically broke till I got over 20.

I like the crafting system but it is resource consuming and I went architect so it takes even longer to level it. Of course I'm making furniture so I can't comment as to the usefulness of the crafted gear.

Personally I switched to an Engi, solely because their PvP armor, is amazing;

I'm not running any add-ons. And the reputation thing has been a problem since the game launch, which was a fresh install for me (I'd previously deleted the beta, and so I had to redownload everything). The gardening plot was working fine when I first got it. But I didn't get on for a week or so and I was unable to plant anything new after harvesting what was on hand.

I'll likely try deleting and reinstalling anyway. But I'm pretty confident that won't fix the issues.

The land upgrades need regular repair payments about every week to keep them going. Check to see if it needs to be repaired in the plot screen.
