The chaos god of terror? All of them, of course.
Khorne draws on the fear of powerlessness. They're coming to rape your wife and kill your kids, or to arrest you and burn you at the stake, but if only you were strong enough you could beat them. You could win and impose your will on them, not the other way around.
Slaanesh draws from the fear of meaninglessness. That you're just a sack of meat that has no purpose except to work and then die. The fear of crushing ennui and pointless toil. That you'll never get to experience anything good in life.
Tzeentch draws on the endless human vortex of bad self-esteem. The fear that you're not smart enough, or the fear that you're going to say or do the wrong thing. You're going to tell a joke and it's going to go flat and be really awkward, or that you're not going to be able to tell someone how you really feel about them before its too late. That plans are going to fall apart, and you're going to be alone, and it's your fault.
Nurgle draws on the fear of models suffering from instant death or not having poisoned weapons in close combat. It's not the fear of death (because that's also all of them), and it's not the fear of things going out of control (because that's tezeentch and khorne), and it's not the fear of change (once again, chaos). The models look cool, but Nurgle has always had the most poorly-defined role in the pantheon.
And a single codex fluff or no, of course chaos is chaotic, and of course there are more than 4 serious demonic entities in the warp. Not even including greater demons or demon princes, of course other emotions spawn entities.
My favorite one is Necoho, the chaos entity who draws power from the fear of doubt and believing in the wrong thing, and sneering consternation against those who foolishly dive headlong into blind faith. The god of atheists and skeptics lost adrift in an obsessive insecurity of spiritual directionlessness and gnawing lack of absolute truth.
The best part is that the more people believe in him, the weaker he gets, so he has to be real careful about who he recruits as cultists...
