I'd suggest the two Hammer and Bolter collections. There's pretty much every faction represented across the pair, and even the WFB stuff is really good if you like that setting or Fantasy in general. There's a lot of standalone but also some continuous plots, like several awesome short stores featuring the Silver Skulls chapter, which I believe then continues in a novel by the same author.

Both anthologies are well worth a read.
