Wonderful models and wonderful painting.
I might be repeating myself, but I love your yellow.
How do you proceed with it?

Black primer, airbrush Averland sunset, line shade with Mournfang brown, then highlight with a thin mix of Averland and white. Simple

Indeed it sounds simple, but the result is very good. I'll try it on some Lamenters ;-D

Well, the client came in to pick them up yesterday, and drop off some more shiny new things, 2 proteus, a sicaran, some breacher marines and a command squad

Very nice, like the battle damage, not too much but not fresh off the captains parade ground at the phalanx.
Someone's a lucky customer :-)

Sgt. Vanden - OOC Hey, that was your doing. I didn't choose to fly in the "Dongerprise'.

A Sicaran, Breacher Marines and the mk IV command all in 1 post, and painted so well! Are you trying to kill me from awesomeness overload?

Don't, I've been painting for 25 years... Rogue Trader and terracotta Blood Angels ftw! And Salamanders should be so dark green they're almost blaaaaack with insignia that's only visible through Infrareeed!

Awesome paint jobs by the way. Big fan of the tones and wheathing.

Thanks dude. I feel like a dinosaur sometimes, with these whippersnappers and their fancy, newfangled techniques.
