And if your play area allows multiple CADs, for 306pts + HQ of your choice that fits your needs, you've got 6 Objective Secured units you can just throw away to get cheap VPs while your core CAD is heavy lifting with WS, Wraithknights, Fire Dragons, Warp Spiders, etc. Who cares if they die as long as they got that point? And if they aren't killed to the man, then hilarity ensues as you now have that 51 pt unit getting a second VP for you.

I use Coteaz and 6 squads of 2 Warr Acos and 1 Psyker in a rhino w/ a dozer blade. That is an 18 pt squad w/ 45 pt dozer rhino. Very mobile and kills stuff w/ Shriek.

My 2nd cad is 2 inq w/ 2 more War Bands with 11 Monkeys each and a psyker under Voids. Works really well.

Just add 1 Tech marine for the better cover saves.

I both hate this and love this. Good show. Any reason why so many monkeys and not monkeys + plasma cannons + plasma acolytes so you can have more? Therefore you could benefit from the monkey mechanic rolls and get even more MSU action. Maybe even a Land Raider with Crusaders + Death Cults + Priests to make a blender deathstar of rerolls?

Land Raiders make me lose to many monkeys but yes i have 3 PC Servs w/ Aco squad and 1 less rhino. I forgot about that.

I like the 22 Monkeys b/c you can mass kill anything between Jokes, PCs and shrieks.



I find you don't wanna mix PCs and LCs they often have to shoot at diff targets. Besides you want 2 big groups of monkeys to free up WCs. It takes 5 to get it off most of the time. I have even put a beamer on the tech marine to hit stuff in the back w/ 10 Str AP 1 blast.



And Death Cultists just die too quick. Any shooting toasts them.

Nah, man, you put Crusaders + DCA + Priests in a squad and a grenade caddy Inquisitor in a LR Crusader. On the charge, you get war hymns off for reroll failed saves first, then reroll to wound if you're still able. That way you have a squad with rerollable 3++ saves up front, rerolls to hit, to wound, and drops the toughness of the unit they are attacking by one.

It's pretty much a blenderstar for super cheap!
