Battlescribe and Quartermaster are better in my opinion because they can be installed on your phone. I haven't used Quartermaster, but Battlescribe is my go-to just because of the mobility. I've never found a need to mess with the data myself, the community respoitory is pretty good. Don't let cost be a factor (quartermaster is $10) due to the sheer amount you will use the software, the decision as to which one you want to use should be based on user interface and data output.
