At the end I choose Eldar Army not only because I like them, and not to WAAC, but also because when I went to GW Shop, the Staff explain me both Army mechanics and how they work, Eldar and Orks, and I prefer Eldar's mechanics...
Now All I have to do it's to Paint the Units I bought but, because I'm new to the hobby, I really don't know where I have to start! ;P
I saw some people paint in a way, Basecoat-Highlights-Shades to unify the colour, and other in different way, Basecoat-Shades-Highlights.
Now what I want to know it's how to paint a lot of layer to create a colour's transition, sure I know that I have to thin the paints but I try to do it and I fail miserably.

Washes help a lot with this effect. I have been doing blue a lot lately and have some old Blue Ink from GW, which I water down with one drop of ink to about ten drops of water. Then I do several thin coats of this blue "wash". This creates a gradual fading effect. Not sure if this is the "best" way but it has been working well for me.

So, What you do it's to Basecoat, then paint the Highlights and then paint thin layer with the Washes thinned down with water, right?

Way to welcome the new blood to our hobby and community by insulting his play before he even rolls the dice for the first time. Eldar have tons of variety, unique rules, and some of the most beautiful models in the game.

You might review the following GW videos: https://www.youtube.com/user/GamesWorkshopWNT

This one in particular ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AmdcUtWVvo ) is an easy way to do blending.

They are actually really good tutorials. I used the blending one on a dread knight sword a few weeks ago and have to admit it looks pretty darn good.

Thank you guys! I really appreciate your helps!
What I want to achieve \ reach it's this kind of Colour's scheme on my Army: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hCSl_qKLxc0
Also If Iyanden's colour scheme is yellow and blue I really like Yellow and Brown too, It's wonderfull! But I think that she works with an airbrush and I like to paint \ learn to paint with the brushes, seems to be more satisfied when you finish your works!

Eldar can actually be hard to play. They are on the specialized, elite side of infantry, and have fewer bodies for the same point cost. Tactical mistakes cost them a lot more than others. Honestly, the only real problem with eldar is the serpent shield spam. Calling a new player a name just because they picked an army is uncalled for. He's also, you know, interested in painting his army. In my book that immediately makes him a hobbyist and not TFG Also, yellows are SO hard to get right. Find some good tutorials and study up. It's easier to work with yellow primer if that's your end goal.

Also, who in this discussion has only one army? Orks are clearly going to be his next And yes, you will eventually have more than one army. For me, it was a natural growth, as I was running CSM back when summed demons were part of their codex, so I snagged a squad of bloodletters to have cannon fodder. I also picked up necrons, but I abandoned them when their new codex came out as that fluff was just horrible, and the models were too easy and boring to paint. Everyone loves orcs, though Also, be aware that if you do go Iyanden, there is a supplement you can pick up to give you some variety.

I think I'll go or Iyanden or Ulthwe ( I like the contrast between Black, Ivory and Red )... But first of all, I want to read the Codex to learn more about Eldar's Craftworld...

Ulthwe is a LOT more forgiving to paint than Iyanden!

Researching is always a good move. As a new painter you might actually want to try to find some old metals second hand to practice on. They can easily have the paint removed with turpentine later on, so a year or two from now if you look at the first squad you painted and think to yourself "Man, those are awful compared to what I'm doing now." you can just redo them.
