I think it depends a lot of two things. where your scenary is in your story and wich army your playing againts most of the time. Lets say if your playing against tyranids : F**k bugs! are if your playing a lots agains ork and your playing guards : Guard rock's, Orks s**k's. Thats more a tag then a grifiti. If you are doing a big color grafiti like if someone did some bombing, you can write what you want, it will be more about the color, mostly its the grafiti crew name...
