What is not so funny is he is giving voice to a minority of people that actually think a bit like this: "no-one is allowed to get the "better" of me at all costs!".
all asia works like that and you can't hardly call China and India the minorty of the world.

Step 11.
Convince your opponent that you should re-roll the mission or deployment zones because "you just played that one".
For example, if you rolled the short table edge deployment and you have a slow army. Or if you rolled relic and don't think you'll be able to get there in time. You should determine which mission/deployment options aren't ideal ahead of time that way it seems more natural when you are asking for a reroll.
If you say something like "Oh, I just tabled a guy playing that <mission / deployment> last game. Do you mind if we try something else?" This instills a bit of fear into their decision making process which means they are more likely to agree.

Rather a broad statement, I know some Chinese and have a boss from India and found them rather ethical so not sure where that is coming from.
I DID forget I was dealing with a multinational audience and was only thinking that that video was made about an hour down the road: what he portrayed is in a minority "around here". I watched a game at a shop in Hobby Town at Frederick MD where I decided against playing there by watching a guy like this. He had a very nice DKOK army Forgeworld plus heavy morters and so forth. Playing a guy new to the hobby. Simply by watching how he rolled his dice and seeing that none of the others batted an eye atit told me the lay of the land.
What was he doing? Purposely rolling all of his dice into and onto the terreign and swiftly scopping up the "hits, "accidentally picking up ones and twos along with them". He would also call "ocked on the misses and count the dice that wee just as cocked hits if they had good numbers showing..

Step 12: build up an acute resistance to lead and paint only with lead paints. Have him hand you all your casualties. When suffers from acute lead poisoning and feels ill, agree to call the game and let him forfeit, assuring you the win.

I would have liked a lot more real-game examples rather than explanations.
It's hard to put it in practice when it's so theoretical.
Sadly, there are many more ways to cheat that no opponent will ever check for.
