No, that would be Blood Dragon, it's spin-off / expansion back.
Blood Dragon is superior. Except for the ending, where

the antagonist dies in a cut scene.


Apparently Vaas wasn't even in the original script; there was just one voice actor for a generic bandit who really impressed the guys in charge, so they gave him his own character.

I finally got around to playing this. It doesn't feel that different. Things are a little more refined in some places and I like the new color pallet better.

It's odd, but right now my biggest complaint it the looting system. There is a lot of junk to loot and it takes too much time form the caned animations to the trips back to towns when your bag is full. I wish they would get rid of the junk loot and just have enemies drop money and supplies on the ground like they do ammo.

I also want my feral powers back. I know it's like 3 games, but come on they were fun and they would go so well in an open world.
