Really? thats nice for you, shame the rules dont treat buildings as transport vehicles. They treat them as buildings and the only bit that mentions transports is how you embark into them.

The section which prevents entering 'claimed' buildings wouldnt be needed if you couldnt move within 1" of them in the first place.

What about a fortress of redemption? if a building section is occupied by one army and the other army moves into the section next to it and claims it, hey presto they are within 1" of each other.

Unless my memory is getting even worse, it specifically informs us that Buildings can be Embarked into by either side and that doing so changes which side the Building is Claimed for. The concept that the Models have to stay 1 inch away actually makes it difficult, but not impossible, to complete this Embarking process. It is one of the pieces of evidence which makes me ponder the accuracy of the whole 'Claimed Buildings are Models' concept.
