Well, I'd shelve Eldar as I did. They are too good atm.
Moreover I'd sell both Nids and IG or keep some IG units as allies for SM.

Which is exactly why I only want to sell my subcompetitive Eldar units. I like being able to annihilate people with Eldar.
The most likely thing I'm selling is my IG.

Wait, OP wants to play competitively...and plays 40k?
That's like buying a Prius and wanting to street race.

Hard to play competitive 40k when you only frequent a GW store too IMO.

That's fine, because the OP isn't trying to play competitively. Just look at their own words:
I like being able to annihilate people with Eldar.
So really, a GW store is the perfect place for the OP to play. It attracts a lot of younger and newer players who don't have powerful lists, and therefore provides lots of opportunities for a player with an optimized list to get easy one-sided massacres. This probably influences their dislike of non- GW stores, where they might encounter older players with extensive collections and the ability to match the OP's perfect seal-clubbing list.

I LOLed. I only use my seal-clubbing list against TFG or people who ask for competitive. Against noobs I'll use my Nids or fluff Eldar (foot Iyanden)
Plus, most of the regulars use optimized lists anyway, so it's fun testing my skills against people who are more experienced and play competitive as well.
The Annihlation happens when a person walks in and thinks I naturally suck because I'm not an adult. So when I ask if I can use my good list. Fill in the blanks.

You mean those same units that you just said you plan to sell because they aren't powerful enough?

Where? I can see selling some of my surplus Wraithlords, but I do need a way to keep noobs happy.

i can see what you are saying about your play groups being sore losers, but from what I have read thus far you appear to be a sore winner too.
if you are beating down every person you play with optimal lists there is nothing at all wrong with toning them down a little to give them a better chance, showing your list to allow them to tailer while a nice gesture, they more than likely have not brought every unit they own in the off chance of something like that happening.
remember this is a game of 2 players and while you clearly only seem to enjoy winning (nothing wrong with that) it shouldn't be at the expense of other players, your way is not the only way and saying (paraphrased) "you need to get better it isn't my problem you suck) isn't really going to help this, no matter how many armies you sell or trade, you will eventually run out of people to play.

I keep seeing you make comments about how adults look down on you or whatever because you aren't an adult yourself, but I feel like you really don't help yourself. A lot of your posts and your attitude come across as quite immature. Just my observations. I don't mean any offence with what I'm saying, just that if you acted in a more grown up fashion, adults and other people might take you a bit more seriously, and then you wouldn't have to 'massacre them' with Eldar.

Wraithlords and Fire Prisms are my favorite Eldar models. In casual games my heavy support choices are mostly 2 Wraithlords (1 CQC + 1 Shooty) and 1 Fire Prism. Wraithknights are OP in casual. I have 4 Wrathlords, 1 Wraithknight, 5 Wraithblades, and 10 Wraithguard.

I actually do practice toning lists down. Last game I ran a Haruspex instead of an Exocrine against GKs so my opponent had a chance. Instead of taking 2 Flyrants, I took 1 and a Termagant.
I enjoy winning, but it is mostly because when I didn't know anything about the game, I was mercilessly beat down by optimal lists. My regular opponent saw my Eldar and ran unbound Ork walker spam. It's terrible unloading Scatter Lasers and Serpent Shields into 1 Kan at a time because he ran 6 solo units so I couldn't kill multiple with a single unit. When I wanted to play Nids, he switched to gunline Tau.

If you were mature, you wouldn't have to keep proving how mature you are. You'd just be it.
Maturity is not synonymous with age.
Not all adults look down on younger players. Give them the benefit of the doubt first.

Are they actually talking down to you? If so, you need not play with those people. Or, if they are prevalent, then go someplace else to game. My FLGS vets welcome younger players because, guess what, they're the future vets.
Do I like playing every game with younger players? Honestly, no, but I would never turn one down or treat them less.
Find a different meta.

Maybe you could try out some of those LGS you were so keen to avoid
Just like any group of people, there's nice gamers and not so nice gamers. If your group you play with currently belittles you or whatever just because you haven't been on gods green earth as long as them, that's a problem with them, not gamers as a whole. I don't have much actual gaming experience but the little I do have, most gamers are very friendly with new players (games like Infinity, PP, Malifaux especially as they all have groups of people dedicated to helping new players; Warcors, Pressgangers and Henchmen respectively).

I'm a few years older then the OP (17). I can drive, have applied for university, etc.
No matter how you act, you still get looked down upon just for your age.
Also, how do you measure maturity?
It isn't synonymous with age. You can tell when you are talking, but that takes a while.
The underlined area is a statement which is a bit condescending IMO.

People constantly associate maturity with age. Despite being a falsehood, it is a common association.
I wish more adults didn't look down on younger players, but it is too common.

COD is not a game normally played by 'geeks' from my experience.
I don't understand the statement after that part.

I know, but you can change those perceptions with the right attitude. I'm only a couple of years older than you, so I do understand. And I really didn't mean to be condescending, I tried to word it as friendly as possible. It was just a bit of advice.
And the "COD generation Geek" I'm guessing was a reply to me (check my username...). He means that lots of people from like our age try to join the forces because they're good at COD.

To me, this is where we have to draw the line in trying to help you. You have to be willing to help yourself in order for help to actually work.
I drive 20 minutes to get to the only store that actually deals with 40k. Everywhere else would be then too unreasonable. But I go to that store because I found out it did have nice people, and a nice staff. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't made the first trip out. Now, I'll gladly go back every month to play some games with people. This is the issue with 40k in general. Players can be scarce. If you want to keep playing, you need to put in the effort to find people to play with.
Gamers in general aren't bad people. They don't have the luxury to be dicks and chase potential players away from their game. There are always exceptions, of course. People are, after all...people. And some people just suck. It's not specific to the gamer crowd. Gamers tend to want more people to join their ranks. It's why I get excited when anyone wants to learn Heroclix, to help expand the group. I'll gladly welcome them to sit in on a game, ask questions, or play a beginner game with my figures so they can try it out with no investment other than a little time.
In other words: "Git yur arse out der n' find dem players!"

Selling some of your Eldar might be a thing to do, because I think some of the older casts are pretty crappy, and new ones "should" come out soon (since Eldar are very popular). I think once they cycle through all the major factions (necrons *cough*), this might happen. Of course, that's just purely conjecture on my part
On the other subject... When I can steal some time out of work, I often go and hang around my FLGS and just chat with the staff and people who come in. I find that most people are pretty decent, and I'd play with them at least once I might set a time to play them at the store, see how we mesh, and if they seem like they would be a good fit, I might invite them over to play at a private game. Out of the dozen-ish people I play with on and off, one I went to school with since I was little, one I met at a computer store, and the rest were all people I met either at FLGS or at a local gaming group.
Starting your own small group of friends to play -- you don't need that many people -- just makes this kind of game so much better. At least, it does for me
