I must've pulled some kind of rare mini magic.

I got a Millennium Falcon and a Slave I expansion at Hobby Town and Barnes and Noble respectively (right next to each other) on the same day, for the same price, at no markup.

By the way, hi, nice to meet you guys.

I've heard Barnes and Noble is kind of a ... not secret... but lesser known haven for harder to find board game type stuff. They do seem to still have some of the normally OOS X-wing stuff in stock, but not all of it. No access to a Hobby Town to say much there.

I've been looking at the FFG website and a lot of the hardcore out of stock stuff seems to be slotted for reprint in Q1 2015, so I may set aside some funds and look to snap my favorites up on the first day they become available to my preferred online retailer.

B&N was well stocked. Not a very wide array, but plenty of the stuff they did have. I got myself a HWK 290 and a Tie Defender while we were there.

Hobby Town on the other hand was the opposite: different selection but no supply. They had one YT1300, one firespray and one core set. And nothing else.

Ahh. Well the 1300 and firespray were the hidden gems anyway so it sounds like you lucked out
