By that logic, I think the black mace wins, actually. You get all the attacks of a juggerlord, plus if any of them kill something, everyone within 2" also takes a hit. If you want to assume the same perfect case scenario, that's what, some 40 attacks if you mount him on the 60mm juggernaut base?

That's hits though isn't it? The Wreckerfex generates attacks not hits.

Poly - jugger adds one, so it's a max of 13 attacks for a juggerlord.

So again, Black Mace Biomancer Daemon Prince has more than Black Mace Juggernaut Lord.

5+1+3+1d6 =15

Plus HoW, plus combat familiar = 18.

Yes, the Juggernaut Lord has more base attacks, but he can't cast Biomancy powers to give himself three bonus attacks.
