It also, as I mentioned earlier in the thread, makes it really hard to deploy the pod on more densely packed tables. It also gives you more surface area to assault or shoot at. It's not all in the pod's favour.

And no, I prefer to ignore the doors. But I can accept that some players would rather just play them as is. My own pods are made from irrigation fittings, and don't have opening doors, so it doesn't really affect me personally either way.
