Wow. How did you so many colors and clean lines on that serpent? Did you tape it off and spray then highlight?

Hey Drogga! That would be one way to do it, but this is all brushwork. I started by painting the cracks on with a brush so that I could tell where my light/dark edges will be. If you watch this space I'll post an album where you'll see step-by-step of how I did it (maybe as an imgur album since there's a lot of pics)

Wow, that is beautiful! Really well done there, it's delightful. Somewhere between stained glass and mosaic like the Gaudi tiled lizards.

And here's wip on one of several Empire characters (warhammer fantasy) I've got my hands on and started painting. I've played around with hot/cold tones a bit here and had my first serious go at TMM. Painting his tiny face was hard O_O

Hi all! It's been a while since I've posted here, so this post is a bit of an image dump. Firstly some Empire models, then some Ultramarines. There's no step by steps or tutorials for these ones unfortunately, but I will post something of the sort again soon with some new models and new painting styles I want to try out =]

P.S. I've included a shot of my painting station at the end. The best thing about it is that I can relocate it to wherever I want!

Hey thanks guys! The Ultras and Empire guys are commissions, the rest are just my own dabbling. Speaking of which, here's the finale of the Ultras and a Nurgle Blightking I had a crack at just for fun. With the Nurgle model I wanted to try out some of Citadel's technical paints. It was good to get a feel for them, and I will keep working with them once I get around to the remaining models.

Very nice. The Ultras really pop.

I think the blight knight has some great use of colour, I especially like how the sword and shield came out.
