I think there is a good chance that we will see the R-41 or the T-wing. Personally I would prefer the R-41 just because it looks cooler than the T-wing.

I would like for Scum to be rounded out with a lot of remaining ships from SWG first before anything else. Next things I would enjoy would be a campaign book release. I'd also potentially like to see a 4th faction of smugglers or traders with plenty of YTs ahoy, but that's easy enough to homebrew as well.

I don't think this is too likely. Thanks to the phantom disaster I don't think FFG is going to risk printing anything with a cloak action for a while, if ever. And I don't think the lack of "phantom only" on it is too convincing, FFG has a history of not adding unnecessary restrictions to cards (whether to keep the text length down or to keep their options open in the future, who knows). For example, R2-D2 doesn't have the "rebel only" text because only rebel ships had droid slots. SPA didn't need "phantom only" because only the phantom can get any benefit from it. ACD does need "phantom only" because otherwise any ship could use it and turn into Whisper, and ACD would suddenly become mandatory on virtually every ship.
