Ok, why giving MSSS and CnCN to the Commander? Zahndrehk's ability cannot reproduce Ignores Cover or re-roll to hit.

Voted Astra Militarum for a chance for them to get nerfed instead of my own army.

Yeah, its really a bad build. The commander is stuck with the Kroot to join, which greatly limits their uses. Zahndrehk is very limited by what he can borrow and the Riptide is a minimal boost to the army.

Lol, Col how many games have you even played with crons in 7ed? I'd gamble more on i5 attacks then gimmicky trans beamers that arent super amazing even if you fight a heavy elite armies. That list is way too gimmicky and honestly not that amazing. Might as well just take a fire base cadre at that point and benefit more

Yeah, I have to agree with that. I've tried one game with beamers and the best I was able to do was kill two GK termies due to failed invuln saves. I've found going first works better for me anyway. I've also tried a couple of games with the decurion and while they are very resistant to death they just don't put out the damage - especially against 2+ armor. Now I'm switching back to the standard CAD and while I miss the 4+ RP the amount of damage three full units of wraiths, 6 TB, a kitted out CCB, one anni-barge and a handfull of heavy destroyers (without paying taxes or being restricted in other ways) is the way to go I'm starting to think. I'll find out in two weeks at my next RTT anyway. Last RTT I ran the decurion and got waffle stomped by Tau, won against Eldar and tied against GK+SM (invis, gating centurian squad and two DKs - lots of fun).
