I've never ordered a GW bundle. However, I have made large FW orders with my gaming group.
$475 USD was our largest that I made.

GW; Stompa or imperial knight - stompa was physically bigger, knight was most pricey.
FW; Warhound titan or imperial knight wing - warhound was biggest, knights were more expensive.

Are we counting Forge World? If so then mine would be a Reaver Titan.
If we're not counting Forge World, then the older version of the SM Strikeforce, or about £300 worth of Blood Angels I bought in one go although this was multiple boxes in one purchase.

Hard to say really.
My FOR is probably the most expensive single kit I've bought, on par with my FW plague hulk. space Hulk was about the same price also.
Most expensive bundle would be the Windrider Host I bought for my wife way back when.

Let's see:
Biggest set would have been the Imperial Sector. That was definitely the biggest box I ever got from them.
Most expensive set (FW included) would have been the Battlefortress.
Most expensive set (FW excluded) would have been the old, metal Iyanden boxed army (also one of the best values ever from GW for a set). I think that one was $220.
