A new year, a new desire to make more pretty things.

With the addition of some really cool new nurgle models in recent times I just had to show my love and devotion to the big guy.

Here's my in progress GUO. I do so love this model.

Dude I'm loving how he's turning out! That stomach wound/mouth is just disgusting in all the right ways. The colours also compliment each other super well. What did you do for his horn? Looks like you got a fade going on and I'd love the know how to did that.

I used zandri dust on the whole horn, then stippled a layer of tallarn sand on the top half, then did a wash of agrax earthshade, followed by a second coat of agrax on the top half.

Clever idea. I'll certainly have to try out a similar technique on some of my stuff.
