For the time being, the streams are archived by Twitch for two weeks so you can watch them for a while after they're broadcast.

Also, my webcam is a Logitec C930 (I think) - I wanted a good one, without going professional quality or anything. I think a lot of streamers use it. It cost me about 80 quid - I also got a gaming headset so I had a reasonable mic.
