Right now Plaguelord isn't a Jovial Plaguebearer of Nurgle... I would reckon he is a pretty sad Plaguebearer of Nurgle... Sorry bud hope for the best!

I've let them soak for about 3 hours now, and I started brushing it with a toothbrush, and it's not making much progress, :( I might have to dig them out, scrub them all a little bit, then put them back in, :(

If the IPA doesn't work, a random forum post on the internet said this...

Ed Rains wrote:Just barely moisten (do not soak) a cotton swab in Model Master airbrush thinner, or some other medium-strength enamel thinner. White spirits / mineral spirits is not strong enough, and lacquer thinner (cellulose thinner) is too strong.

I should mention that when that poster said lacquer thinner is too strong, he was talking in the context of removing frosting from painted surfaces where you don't want to damage the underlying paint, it MIGHT be fine for your purposes where you are just trying to expose the plastic underneath.
But I'm hesitant to recommend anything because I don't know what may or may not mar the clear plastic.

Well, I'm looking into model master (testors) airbrush thinner, so let's hope it works.

I hope it works out. I have used testors enamel airbrush thinners to strip enamels and lacquers before, but it was only ever thin coats and only ever within a day or so of painting them. I don't know how it'll go on thicker coats/multiple coats that have had more time to cure. From what I'm reading on the forums it should still work, but then I also expected the IPA to work.
All the best!

Well, I've begun using the airbrush thinner on the canopy piece, It takes a LOT of effort using only a dap at a time given the instructions above, but I AM making progress, just not as fast as I'd like, I'm gonna check my email to see if GW replied yet, if I can just avoid spending hours upon hours cleaning these things, i'll do it.
EDIT: Aand GW replied with a resounding no... looks like I'm going to be spending a few hours cleaning these things... I might need to take a knife and scrape some frost off so the chemicals can really get down in there to let it loose. :(

So far no one has replied, I even made a swap shop post asking for sprues, I've email several bits services and even FW, spikey bits, etc. I'm desperate... these things aren't coming clear...
