Plenty of ork worlds with human populations, typically the largest human populations are used as slave factory workers.
It makes sense there are rogue humans on mixed planets that admire the orks!

It was also mentioned that some - or perhaps quite a lot - of Blood Axes' "rogue" human advisors were Imperial agents sent to direct the Orks' attentions away from the Imperium.
Then there's traitorous scum like Overlord von Strab, who has rules in the Battlezone: Armageddon section of the Apocalypse book.

Oi, oi. I never haerd 'bout these Diggas, can you tell me who are they?
I'm one who believes gorkamorka is really a small town story that has galactic spanning lessons. That there are diggas everywhere.
That's an interesting theory! I'd love to see a revival of Gorkamorka, if only because I missed it the first time 'round.
Besides, the Warbuggies and Wartrakks need updating...

The Trukk boyz box should include a QR code on the assembly instructions that links to a copy of the gorka morka PDFs!

Can we seriously have an Ork spelling contest? Would be way bloodier than the ones we have now. Khorne probably would agree.

I know that the IOM will at times hire Blood Axes, but where does that leave Eldar, Tau, Chaos, and frankly every other species when it comes to hiring Blood Axes

Eldar and Chaos would probably manipulate the orks into getting what they want them to do, if the DoW games are anything to go by. I'm assuming the Tau would be fine with using them as mercenaries, but AFAIK they have long since given up on integrating them into their Empire, but that doesn't mean they still can't hire some blood axes.

I thought that the Tau had a shoot-on-sight policy with Orks. Like, more than the Imperium.
