Well, After many days of looking at models, And pondering, And pondering more, And talking to friends, My friend who got Yu Jing (Running specificaly the Japanese Sectorial Army) said he dont mind me running Yu jing aswell, And I do like them best.. So I'm gonna be running Yu Jing (But not the japanese sectorial units).

This is a pretty good way to go for both of you if you both like Yu Jing.

There's an in faction rivalry between the two sectorials, which gives a reason for these two sectorials to be fighting each other. There's also, IIRC, one or two units that can be used in different ways if the opposing sides are these sectorials.

Just got home from playing my second match ever (And first match in over 2 years) using the Haqqislam I got in a trade last time I played, Against a friend who also played his second match ever. And it was so much fun! =D

By the way, Will having the N3 book, And the Human Sphere N3 book when it comes out give me the profiles for all units..? I have no printer, And no electronical device capable of bringing the rules to the club, Plus I much prefer having physical books, And it would give me the fluff sections too. Only plus sides! But I wouldent wanna buy the books and then find, Oh look, I cant play half the units in the game because they enver show up in the books..

It will give you MOST of the profiles for the units released between the book publishing dates - but not all.

CB often release new stuff between the book releases - and the profiles for these go up as pdf and as the army builder entries. You can't just retro-fit them to a book you just published but sent off for printing up to 3 months earlier.

N3 and HS3 will give you all the RULES you need to play the game. The Unit Profiles on the otherhand are in a living state. So you will need to make sure you have to current Unit PDF or Amey 5. Unless you and your friends don't mind out of date Profiles, as of now N3 has a few out of date Profiles vs the PDF/Army 5.

Hmm... the last time I've checked, the army builder was having problems. Unit labels being swapped, incorrect AVA.

Yes and a very active V who check daily on the bug thread (except the last 2 days because forum is down) and fixes the bug as fast he can.

But, CB has said the only offical way to make a ITS list is with Army 5, and right now it has the U.S. sectional that even the PDF doesn't. So we need to keep a eye out for the new Profile download. So counting thats atleast 3 PDF since N3.

Merellin, that should help you see why you need the internet of some sort if you want to be up to date on all the profiles.

I think Tohaa and Aleph also have profiles that aren't in the PDF. Saying that, we frequently find a rule far quicker, if we look in the paper rulebook. At least until Infinity wiki comes online.

Tohaa has the kaeltar specialists not in the pdf - everything else, I believe is in there - including the just revealed USAriadna stuff

The kaeltars are in a separate pdf, though - with their rules for the chibi pokemon bomb things.

The "bookmarked pdf" of the rules is pretty thorough and is searchable and finds things pretty swiftly on my tablet. I usually have the rules/fluff book on me when I play though.

Mind telling what tablet you're using? I've got an older generation Samsung and the old gal takes her time to load up the pages. Smart phones usually take little less but it depends with who I'm playing and should he even have PDF on it.

Those problems usually occur if you click between sectorals too fast or if they do updates to the builder without you reloading the page. Most obvious example I've had was when they added USAriadna and I had been having Army5 open in a tab at work for a week or so, and I didn't catch on that it was odd until I tried opening I think it was Shaasvaasti sectoral and got USAriadna instead. Just try a CTRL+F5 or close the tab and re-enter the url in a new tab, that usually sorts problems out.

I really need to stay away from the 40K forums.
