Its not really cheating, and I'll play against it gladly. I'll also just use 2 models, Nagash and the coven throne. I think I'll win.

The interpretation gets even dumber if they apply the same "choose a dice result means pick any number that I want rather than a particular result" for celestant prime. I pick 1,000,000 for the d3 mortal wounds my comet does or 72" for the impact range etc...

If the rule says pick any result you still have to pick a valid result...

Great shortcut.
However, games are often played with a comp system (and without sudden death) making this kind of ''army'' useless.
