I'll definitly communicate with my opponent before the game, perhaps even sending him an excerpt of the IA (tbh I can't afford the hardback book but I still want to use the model). I think I can argue with him if he's trying to prevent me from using FW; I don't want to be a dick, but I will not let someone else tell me what is good and what is wrong in my own army.
