Yes. They have a building near the Kremlin where they scour the internet looking for anti-Russian propaganda and then thumbs down it. They have programs that can spam 100s of Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down, depending on what they want to do.

Also, The Tunguska event was not a meteor. They were working on both the Atom Bomb and Cyber Bears, but they Cyber Bears got out and they had to nuke everything. They lost all of their Nuclear scientists, and thus we had to wait for WWII to get Nukes again.

Such is the nature of social media that it is pretty easy to program a zombie botnet to flood a forum with comments pro or anti whatever article you like.

Russia is a hotbed of zombie botnet activity and full of intensely nationalistic people .

One of the things I always find funny is that everyone gets on americans for saying "We saved your ass in WW2" but you know which nationality I find instantly jumps to the "We won WW2" argument every time they're talking about geopolitics, our friends in mother russia of course.
